I was skeptical about chickpea pasta holding up, but these shells stayed firm and the little cups genuinely trap the sauce instead of letting it pool at the bottom. My kid asked for seconds, which never happens with the regular boxed stuff.

The chickpea shells are surprisingly sturdy and hold onto the sauce way better than regular pasta, so every bite is loaded with that creamy goodness. I made a batch for dinner and couldn't stop eating them straight from the pot.

These shells are ridiculous in the best way. The chickpea base gives them a heartier bite than regular pasta, and those little ridges held onto the cheese sauce like it was their only job. Easily the most decadent mac I've had in a long time.
