Pizza z pieczonymi warzywami

I was skeptical about chickpeas on a pizza but they add this subtle creaminess that totally wins me over. The roasted veggie medley tastes fresh, not soggy like some frozen pies I've had. My uncle was wrong, vegetables absolutely belong on pizza.

The roasted chickpeas add this great nutty crunch that completely changes the texture game. Even my uncle who hates veggies asked for a second slice, which honestly says everything. The medley feels like it was actually roasted, not just thrown on as an afterthought.

The veggie medley is surprisingly generous—every slice has a solid pile of roasted toppings instead of the usual sad scattering. Chickpeas add a nice nutty bite that makes it feel more filling than your average veggie pie.
