Vit Pizza

I was skeptical about chickpeas on a pizza but they add this subtle nuttiness that works with the five-cheese blend. The spinach stays fresh-tasting instead of turning to mush, which surprised me.

The white sauce is so creamy it almost feels like a fancy restaurant dish, and that five-cheese blend actually melts into every bite instead of sliding off. Chickpeas on pizza sounded odd to me, but the texture works surprisingly well with the spinach. I ordered two more after finishing the first on

The spinach and chickpeas sit evenly under that creamy white sauce, so every slice gets a good balance instead of one sad, bare corner. The five-cheese blend actually melts into a rich, tangy top layer that held up well on the second reheat, too. I've already ordered another one.
